Our Top Summer Rosé Cocktails
a cocktail can really elevate your day at the pool, your boat party, your beach bar experience, or simply your dinner drinks. With Aphrodise, you can add a delicious twist, with that light, refreshing taste of sparkling rosé complementing other fruity flavors.
Here are some of our favorite cocktails, just in time for summer…
Aphrodini.
This is our drink of the summer, and one that we know can rival other spritz cocktails that have become well-loved everywhere for their fresh, light taste, and deliciously indulgent fizz. Grapefruit is Aphrodise’s co-star in this cocktail, bringing a soft, citrusy flavor to it.
Ingredients
90 mL Aphrodise
30 mL Aphrodini Pink Grapefruit Mixer
Garnish: Grapefruit
Glass: We recommend serving Aphrodini in a white wine glass.
Method
Pour Aphrodise into a white wine glass over ice, and top with Aphrodini Pink Grapefruit Mixer. Mix, add garnishes (we suggest a slice of fresh grapefruit), and enjoy!
Aphrodise Raspberry Fizz.
Aphrodise Raspberry Fizz has become a firm favorite; its popularity is, in part, due to the speed at which you can make it, as it’s a quick, refreshing beverage to cool you down on a warm day. That, and, of course, it’s got those fresh fruity flavors that evoke endless summer evenings.
Ingredients
3 oz Aphrodise infused with fresh raspberries
1 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon Juice
2-3 dashes of fee foam
Garnish: dried raspberry
Glass: We recommend serving Aphrodise Raspberry Fizz in a Collins glass with a large ice cube.
Method
Shake raspberry-infused Aphrodise, gin, lemon juice, and fee foam together in a Boston shaker.
Pour into a glass, and top with a splash of Aphrodise. Mix, add garnish (we suggest placing a raspberry on that attractive foam that sits at the top of the drink) and enjoy!
A Man's Valentine.
Co-founder Frank has a soft spot for this particular cocktail; it has a satisfying kick thanks to the cognac, but still feels light enough to enjoy in the sunshine.
Ingredients
2 oz Aphrodise
1/2 oz French cognac of choice
1/4 oz Sugar
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish: Orange peel
Glass: We recommend serving A Man’s Valentine in a tumbler with a large ice cube.
Method
Add cognac, sugar, and bitters into a mixing glass full of ice, and mix well. Then, pour into a tumbler over a large ice cube, topping with a dash of Aphrodise. Mix, add garnish, and enjoy; we recommend a delicate garnish of orange peel.
Greek Summer.
No collection of Aphrodise cocktails would be complete without a nod to the homeland of our beloved Xinomavro grape. This cocktail is homage to where Aphrodise all begins.
Ingredients
90mL Aphrodise
60mL Otto’s Vermouth
30mL Aphrodini pink grapefruit mixer
Garnish: Dried Grapefruit
Glass: We recommend serving Greek Summer in a white wine glass.
Method
Mix Otto’s Vermouth and Aphrodini Pink Grapefruit mixer in Boston Shaker. Pour into glass over ice, and top with Aphrodise. Mix, add garnish, and enjoy! This is best served with a slice of dried grapefruit, but fresh will work well too.
Aphrodise Gin Fizz.
Co-founder Gabi favors the Aphrodise Gin Fizz; it’s complex, with a few more ingredients than other Aphrodise cocktails, but we promise it’s well worth the effort.
Ingredients
60mL Aphrodise
30mL dry gin
15mL Elderflower liqueur
7.5mL sour mix
7.5mL Chamomile and Lavender syrup
Garnish: Orange peel, Lavender dust (outside of the glass)
Glass: We recommend serving Aphrodise Gin Fizz in a tumbler with a large ice cube.
Method
Mix gin, elderflower liqueur, sour mix, and chamomile and lavender syrup in a Boston shaker.
Pour into a tumbler over a large ice cube. Top with Aphrodise. Add orange peel and lavender dust to the outside of the glass and enjoy!
